Executive Board & Committee Chair Meetings

The Executive Board currently meets once a month to discuss the upcoming activities and events within Common Threads Quilt Guild. Our current president of the guild keeps the meeting running on the agenda at hand and meetings are typically two hours long. All guild mates are welcome to attend.

Quarterly (four times a year), the Executive Board and all the Committee Chairs & Co-Chairs meet to discuss budgets, activities and events as they pertain to each committee within the Guild. Meetings are typically in January, April, July and October. All guild mates are welcome to attend.
